The location was nice, so close to the shore, the lake and beach and easily accessible. Extremely friendly and excellent staff, greeted us with such kindness. Triple room with a dedicated balcony was ready when we arrived.

Even though everything was perfect, some of the staff were poorly trained.

The room was bright, absolutely perfect, clean, and had a coffee maker, bathrobe, and slippers; only the bathroom was not cleaned on time.

I had nice stay, the place is gorgeous and wonderful!

All of the staff were VERY ATTENTIVE, affable. The rooms were spacious and new-fashioned, included tea/coffee making equipment, a seating area and a writing table.

This hotel was mind-blowing! The indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness center were super relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and the beach club was jaw-dropping. The food at the restaurant was amazing and the live music at the bar was a pleasant surprise. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, dryer. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel as adventure travelers. The variety of activities and workshops offered kept us entertained throughout our entire stay. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep after our thrilling adventures. The pool and private beach area were just a short walk away and provided a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. the facilities and amenities provided by this hotel made our adventure-filled stay even more enjoyable.
